They never showed up to pick us up and take us to the airport. This is the second time on this trip that the transfer services did not show to pick us up.

The driver was rude. He asked for money for a toll which we gave him but we never went through a toll. When we got to the airport he asked for a tip. We told him he had the toll money which we didn’t use and we gave him an additional $5 and he made faces. I was ver embarrassed.

Our driver was rude and unkind. He insisted that we requested 2 passengers and 5 bags when we booked 5 passengers and 5 bags. When I took my paperwork out to show him, he just waved his arm at me unwilling to look. He also got impatient when we didn’t understand that he wanted us to move a floor mat to cover the center of the van (we didn’t move the mat in the 1st place and therefore didn’t understand that it wasn’t in the correct spot).
