We get as close as you can legally get and stop to take pictures from the sailboat. No crowds with groups of six maximum.

Brooklyn Bridge

We motor under the Brooklyn Bridge.

One World Trade Center

We sail across the Hudson towards One World Trade Center.

Ellis Island

We sail by Ellis Island.

Governors Island

We sail by Governors Island

Had a beautiful, peaceful time on the water with Ian, departing at 5:00 on a Monday in July. The ride is what you make of it -- Ian is happy to share stories and history about NYC, but he's also happy to simply let you enjoy the sights and the river in your own way. Or, you can chat with the other passengers if that's your aim. The boat has a little bathroom, and water/drinks are available if desired. We went once to take a lot of pictures like typical tourists -- would gladly go again just to sit and take it all in!
