There seem to be some confusion when we went to redeem this coupon for tickets. To begin with, the hop-on hop off said only 48 hours so I brought that to the attention of the sales person. she then hand wrote 72 on the the ticket and we had no problem.
I did not realize until we went to Tower of the Americas that we did not receive the proper tickets for that either. We went to do this on our last day so no time to fix it. Disappointed to say the least. We did not get the value we paid for.

Enjoyed the package. The Hop on Hop off bus tour was great with great commentary. The only drawback was that the fact that there wasn't that much to see in downtown San Antonio.

We tried to use our boat ride tickets and arrived at 5:30pm, they told us since we didn't purchase our tickets from them, we had to go back at 8pm, we already had dinner plans so couldn't go at 8pm. I tried to contact City Sightseeing and no answer, they never did return my phone call either. I emailed them, they responded and said we could use the tickets anytime we wanted, I explained to them again that we were turned away and never heard from them again. The bus and Tower of Americas portion were fine, just beware of the boat ride portion.
