Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!

We took the morning tour of the San Diego Whale Watch and were very happy! Luckily, the weather was perfect~ It was an excellent experience! We sat on the upper deck and had a perfect view. The people were friendly and informative. Although we only had one whale sighting, we did experience a unique occurrence--a dolphin "stampede" which was awesome! Hundreds of dolphins swam along side the boat, leaping out of the water. We had a GROUPON coupon deal, so the price was good. We highly recommend this tour.

We took the tour on a Tuesday morning. The employees & crew were welcoming & knowledgeable. We read previous reviews & took seasick pills. We saw five whale and many dolphins plus some sea lions. I would recommend this tour company!

A good trip to kill a few hours. During the visit we saw Grey Whales, Dolphins & Sea Lions. Added to the trip was a friendly crew and this created a good atmoshpere on board.
