Had a great time. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Had a great 3-hour tour. Next time, can't forget the sunblock. Sea was a bit rough at times, but we did see whales. :)

This was a Groupon for buy one get one free. The staff was friendly and informative. We saw one gray whale; however, the dolphins were more fun. They played in our wake and along side the boat. It was a beautiful day and regardless if we saw any whales, it was a fun and memorable boat ride.

I've been wanting to go "whale watching" for quite some time and I finally got the opportunity to go this past weekend! We were aboard the "Privateer" for about 3.5 hours. Due to the storm, the seas were a tad rough, but that did not stop us from having a very nice time. We got to see sea lions, common dolphins, bottle nosed dolphins and we were fortunate enough to see three grey whales making the migration up north. It was truly a sight to see. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. They have trips all year round to see different whales. I will be there in the summer to catch a glimpse of the blue whales. If you can handle the sea and are looking to see these great creatures, I recommend this tour.
