Overview

Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!

Seeming the dolphins in the ocean and around the boat. The ride on the boat was nice. Also when they announced when we saw seeing of sea life in the water.

We were very pleased with our experience. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although we didn’t see any whales on our boat ride, we did see a pretty big pod of dolphins. We knew when booking this excursion that it was not the most ideal time of year to see a whale, we still enjoyed seeing all the dolphins. Definitely would recommend the privateer.
