This was the first time to experience this tour for both my partner and myself. We were met by the very welcoming and humble Kathy. Kathy is extremely entertaining and knowledgeable in her many experiences of the Castro District / Community. The 2 hour tour left us with a far greater knowledge of the Castro District and it's colourful past especially with learning more about the legendary Harvey Milk. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in sexual diversity and history. Keep up the great work Kathy!

This was the third time I had been on this tour, the first since Kathy took it over and it was first time for my partner. It is very current and still very entertaining and informative no matter how many times you have been on the tour or how many times you have watched Milk. Loads of historical info, a lot of laughs and plenty of stuff you would never see , notice or be aware of. Whether your first visit to the Castro or the 100th I would recommend this and it is for all sexualities and ages.

We met Kathy at Harevry Milk Plaza and commenced our tour once the others had arrived. Kathy is very informative and was a great guide. The impact Harvey Milk made on a community in such a short time is staggering. One of the most poignant things was when we saw where the AIDS quilt was made and Kathy explained how big it is and how it is currently stored. She is correct the quilt needs to be in a museum.
