the tour was outstanding not only learned more about the characters in the movie but some historical information about Savannah. The tour guide was excellent. My sister-in-law and I told people we met to take this tour since it was very good.

We had a great time on this tour. Martin was the perfect tour guide and was an expert on The Book, the movie and Savannah. It was a nice size group (not too large) and a perfect day to enjoy all the sights and stories. Thank you Martin!

As a fan of The Book ( yes, in Savannah it’s revered with capital letters!) and The Movie this walking tour was the highlight of my Savannah stay. But even if you haven’t read it or seen it, this tour covers major sights around Savannah’s famous squares and imparts a real understanding of the Savannah renaissance that began in the period of the novel (80s). Martin is a thoughtful and expert guide and clearly loves what he does - everything is perfectly paced with all the right stops from the Olde Pink House to Forsythe Park with delicious details of the filming and the trial tucked in. A great way to get in your 10,000 steps!
