I did not go because they canceled one hour before we were supposed to meet up.
The excuse was bad weather, but last night (October 26th) was beautiful, clear skies and full of stars.
I got a full refund, but I had only two nights in Sedona and could not schedule anything. Spent the night watching TV at the hotel and it was very upsetting.

This review is just simply not true. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we ALWAYS communicate at least 2 hours before the start time. By 5 pm.
Sometimes we need the day to evaluate satellite and data to ensure a quality sky for viewing. Most times that we must cancel due to weather we send our message much earlier in the day.
We realize and appreciate our customers choosing to spend their limited vacation time with us and want to give our guests an opportunity to schedule another activity in the unlikely event of cancellation.
Itās always unfortunate when guest write these types of reviews when they are upset due to a cancellation.
