Good service, good price-quality. We booked the kayak for the day. In the morning, we put the kayak on the roof and went to Chinaman's Hat in Kanehoe. Then we returned to Kailua Beach to go to the other two islands. - It was a good day! Make sure you pay attention to the video at the beginning.

Wow! Not at all what we expected and nothing like the pictures. You MUST be in superior shape and be a extremely experienced sea kayaker! We went to both islands and the beach. Once we got away from the beach the waves were very rough. At some points you could not see anything but a wall of water. I can’t believe we did not think this through more and do more research. We are all thankful to be alive! Will take days to recover. We are smoked! I would not recommend for a family vacation. The staff was kind and courteous. No issues at all with the company. Target customer should be mid 20’s in training for the olympics. Do your research before doing this.

We do have beginner kayakers from 7-70 years old that kayak in Kailua Bay every day. I'm concerned that you may have paddled outside of the reef and or recommended kayaking areas. I would love to hear more feedback if you could please reach out to me directly. We do recommend a guided kayak tour for anyone that is inexperienced kayaking in the ocean. Not only are they a lot of fun but they will keep you in the safe and protected areas. Guides also know the best places to find sea-turtles and monk seals.
