This was a terrific experience. All if the staff made this trip really special. All professional people and extremely friendly. The helo pilots were very cool and real pros. I never thought of this as a bucket list item but it is now one of the coolest things we have done. I highly recommend doing this. The Alpine Air group are the best! Brandon and Gerard had great stories about the incredible dogs !!!

We had a fantastic day with Alpine Air and Mitch Seavey’s dog camp!! First, the helicopter ride… this company is very professional and use procedures that made me feel very safe. The pilots were great and let us know when a great photo opportunity was about to happen! When we landed on the glacier, we were meet by an awesome team who really enjoy their job! Our wonderful dog handler/musher was Marianna! She is very knowledgeable and made our day real special and took some great photos to help us remember this day. If you love dogs, this is the place to go! Highly recommend this adventure!!

Just finished this tour today (5/24/22), and my husband and I had SO much fun!! First of all, the Alpine Air staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in multiple ways throughout the whole process. For instance, when there ended up being a restriction on flights during our original time slot (something completely out of their control), they called me as soon as possible and did everything they could to get us booked for a new time. Then, when we were there, the staff went out of their way to give us tons of recommendations on other activities we should do during our stay in Alaska, and one girl (dark hair, glasses) even took the time to draw a bunch of hiking trails on a map for me!! Secondly, the mushers for the actual dog sledding were awesome! Julie knew so much about dog sledding in general and the history of it that was super cool to learn. Brandon did a great job driving our sled and teaching us about the dogs as well, and he always made sure he got a good photo taken for us. Marianna also did a really good job of being patient with a group of kids that were being a little rowdy. Then, of course, the experience itself was so worth it. The views were absolutely breathtaking and there were so many opportunities for photos. Highly recommend!
