Sunset Sail from Traverse City with Food, Wine & Cocktails

Overview

Wind down and relax as our captain and first mate teach you about our elegant schooner and share stories about the history of the lands, people and waters of the Grand Traverse Bay area. Enjoy complimentary locally sourced gourmet food, wine, and cocktails while watching the sunset paint the sky. This is a 2.5-hour sail.

Check-in at our kiosk 30 min before departure. The 2nd Mate will do a brief welcome about 10 min before departure and then will guide all passengers to board Wind Dancer. We have a variety of beverage options including wine, cocktails, local spirits, soda and water. Food is served around 1 hour into the sail. We respectfully request that guests not bring additional alcoholic beverages. Free parking is available at the check-in kiosk, which is located at The Delamar Resort, 615 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI. Please bring rain gear, a beach towel, and appropriate non-skid footwear for boating. Tours will be rescheduled if necessary due to inclement weather.

From the time the owner greeted us before the sail, the mood was set for the evening. The crew was very welcoming and we enjoyed conversation with the other passengers. The food was very good, all from local shops. The evening was so peaceful and we were fortunate to have a beautiful sunset!

Tawny and crew were super thoughtful, knowledgeable and provided a good time. The food was excellent and all 100% from local MI sources. Time flew by, and we definitely weren't ready for our sail to be over! We will definitely be sailing with them again when we come back to TC.
