Don’t waste your money! We booked for my partners 40th birthday to fly over the Statue of Liberty and Hudson River. And we’re both really excited. We turned up on the day half an hour prior to departure time and was told there was no one in from Liberty helicopters yet - ok we thought no worries so we continued to wait in the rain and freezing cold, 40 - 45 minutes past and still no sign of anyone, a very helpful guy from Manhattan helicopters came out to help us and said one of his colleagues had contacted Liberty helicopters and they had said they were not flying today yet they hadn’t reached out to their customers on the day as there was us and another 2 people waiting. We got a full refund but that wasn’t the point we wanted to fly over the Statue of Liberty for my partners birthday and was left very upset and disappointed It really did put a dampener on my partners 40th as we were now left with no trip and also an hour and half of our time wasted waiting for nothing plus we spent over $100 getting to the heliport and back again - which they have refused to refund as they say it’s a training error for there staff - not sure how that is our problem. Moral of the story is - AVOID THESE GUYS!

We do not fly in freezing rain or extremely dangerous weather conditions. Everyone's safety is our #1 priority. We provided a full refund but we cannot change the weather conditions. We offered to move you to another day which you declined. We wish you the best of luck in the future and we truly wish we could have accommodated you.

I did not enjoy the ride. It appeared as though the operator of the helicopter did not know what he was doing. He continued to ask question to the person giving the tour of the city. After the ride, we learned that both the instructor and pilot were new. Also everything listed in the description was not shown to use i.e. Central Park. The tour was a waste of money

Hi Kuri, Our Pilots must have over 1,000 hours to interview with us as well as have NYC and Tour experience. Specifically, your Pilot has over 2,500 hours in the aircraft you flew in and is one of the most experience Pilots in the United States in the aircraft. All the tour routes are published by the City of New York and strict adherence to the route is mandatory. You truly do see the entire downtown city!

Booked flight for May and due to Covid trip got cancelled. They emailed that month to confirm that I would get a refund but they needed to wait until the office was back open before they could process. Seen on the website they are open and I have sent 3 different emails to ask about my refund, and had no reply!! I would not booked with them again as they clearly can’t be trusted
