We booked the flight for Septeber 28th, due to the border closing we aren't able to go to New York. From August I'm trying to cancel the booking and get the refund which I'm entitled to. (says also on there website) First got a response that the couldn't find my booking now 8 weeks later they don't even reply! And I'm still waiting for my refund.

Hello. We were closed down for CV19. We just reopened today. We had to furlough all employees until we were able to reopen, so no one was in the office. I apologize for your frustration you experienced.

I brought this for me and my partner, we booked it for the Friday but they called us to say the weather was not great and changed us to the Saturday hassle free, staff were friendly and the pilot was great as he got us as close as he could to different sites so we could take great photos, the experience over all was great and I would recommend it as the veiws are amazing, thanks again guys for a great experience 100%
