Outstanding experience. The center was under complete cloud cover the night of our tickets, so they exchanged them for a different night. Very flexible and accommodating. The views were spectacular and so much better than the Empire because you get to see the Empire, Chrysler,amid Freedom Tower all from the downtown view.

This is a wonderful experience for those who are visiting NYC for the first time. It is easy to find the entrance, the wait is not long, and there is much to learn while you wait. The elevator ride is fast, and with a glass ceiling, you are very connected to where you are in the building. Being able to explore the three top levels at your own pace, and to view Central Park, Midtown, the Empire State and Chrysler buildings and all the way to downtown Manhattan, the Freedom Tower, the bay and bridges and the Statue of Liberty make it a great place to get a lay of the city, and see most of the major landmarks. Don't miss it.
