I wish our tickets were timed at the time of purchase through Viator, so we didn’t have queue to redeem our tickets for a selected time slot. After receiving our time slot tickets, we had to come back hours afterwards to go up to the observation deck. On a clear evening (like we did), it was beautiful seeing New York, pretty amazing. See it for yourself, wrap up if you if you go in the winter time.

This is NOT a ticket! Several people in the queue will be also tell for this. Read the small print, it is a pointless purchase of a piece of paper/pdf which you have to stand in the queue with to be able to redeem for an actual printed ticket. No money nor time saved you might as well stand in the queue at the Rockefeller centre on your trip to buy your tickets!

So glad I bought this voucher. Had a short queue at the Rockefeller to exchange my ticket for the date/time I wanted to visit with no hassle. You are able to use this voucher for sunset times which I highly recommend!
