I had booked my voucher here but unfortunately, the queues were ridiculous. I queued up for half an hour even with a voucher and was told I couldn't go up for another 2 hours. So to kill time I got a tour of the Rockefeller centre. It was finally time to go up to the observatory deck...another half an hour of waiting before that happened. After going up at night I wanted to go during the day as it was my first time in New York - it would have been nice to be able to see more, I still had to queue for 15minutes to get out. It's far too busy and to be honest, not worth the hassle.
