Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

While visiting the Smoky mountains we decided to experience white water in the area. My family of 4 is very adventurous but only 1 had rafted before so this was new to most. Our guide Elton was phenomenal guaranteeing that we hit all the best rapids and giving us some historical background to the area and river at the same time. With so many white water options in this area I highly recommend big creek and if possible ask for Elton.

We had a great time and the whole experience was enjoyable. We booked online and checked in easily. The guide Cara (don't know if the spelling is right) was wonderful. The whole family had a great time.

We had such a great time rafting with Big Creek, everything from start to finish was awesome. Booking online was easy and Deborah was super helpful, she went above and beyond with our last minute changes. Our guide was Jedi Mike and he was amazing! We used one of the big rafts and he made sure we still had a fun wet time. He gave good, easy, clear directions and was super knowledgeable about the river and surrounding town. We had a really good time talking to him. So if you have a large rafting group and want to use the big raft ask for Jedi Mike you won't regret it.
