The Whitney is an 8 floor museum but there are only exhibits on half of the floors and on the day we were there the 1st floor was under construction so only 3 floors were open. The 8th floor had the most and were dedicated to the collection of Archibald Motley paintings. This was the best exhibit in the museum. I thought the $22.00 admission fee for this museum was outrageous for what it was.
