My boyfriend and I took a trip to Oregon this past July and I bought tickets to go on a tour at the WWS. I can tell you they did not disappoint; it was the best part of our trip in my opinion. We learned so much about wolves and the friendly woman who gave the tour was also very knowledgeable. She remembered our names and I could tell she genuinely cares about what she does. We saw all but one wolf (the shyest one). One wolf even came up to try and get scratches and proceeded to chill out and follow us as we moved past her. She acted more like a puppy than a wolf, which we were told is how they act with their pack. It was great to get a glimpse into how wolves actually act and to learn more about them. I had the experience of a lifetime and hope we can travel to the west coast again to check up on them all.

Wonderful santuary! So dedicated to the wolf's at the sanctuary and around the US and their history/population. I felt so educated and wanting to know more and help wolf's in need around the US. The volunteers and staff are amazing, loving and dedicated people. They love wolfs and respect them fully, their comfort and survival. Such beautiful wolves and what a honor to have met the "pack" at White Wolf Sanctuary. Dont miss out on this experience and in helping the wolves!!:)
