It was so easy. Great that our seats where saved at a specific time so no standing in line. Could have used a bit more time

We had a lovely driver take us to the outlets unfortunaltely the same cannot be said on our return. The driver was abrupt and rude towards all passengers No air con on return bus either

The trip there was good as was the shopping. However, the bus had no air conditioning on the way back. It was horribly hot!!!
