Good trip well organised apart no Air conditioning on coach in 32c degree heat. Would recommend day trip.

I would have rated more, we were last off coach on 8/6/22 9.30 pick up NYC .we got off at Woodbury and gave us a card and said it was discount voucher not coach tickets . On pick up 8/6/22 4.00pm coach 61 I produced our paperwork . The driver was one of the most aggressive people I have ever encountered. He was flapping his arms around shouting tickets ! You can’t get on , I’ve got 56 people booked on coach (we were 7 of those) and I will go without you , bear in mind this was 3.30pm and when we asked he said the coach was empty. We found fortunately all our tickets and got on and thank goodness got back to the city. I think your driver needs some people skill management training or get the sack - nasty man ! Coach 61 8/3/22 4.00pm coach , we did ask his name but refused .
