Waiting in the rain for the bus to arrive & which is as late in arriving & therefore late in leaving. The Mall looked shabby & uncared for. Lots of derelict areas. Absolutely no staff en route anywhere to ask a question or get information. No actual person at the reception the Guest Services the entire day. Shops had little to no stock & prices the same as UK full retail prices. No benefit to going & a waste of almost 4 hours or f our NY stay.

Great coach trip and the outlets were amazing me and my group Of friends picked up some bargains. Only complaint is that the driver was using his mobile phone whilst on the freeway for a phone call but then topped it off by FaceTiming his family I found this dangerous as he’s a professional driver with 56 passengers on board and has a responsibility to keep us all safe.

The trip was efficient, buses were on time. The shopping is amazing and all the staff are super friendly with some amazing discounts. Some of the higher end stores are a bit of a pain with a 1 in 1 out operation
