Picking up coach very easy and proffesional. Great day shopping. Journey back to NYC good a bit slow as we reached the city but to be expected as it was rush hour. Would recommend.

The outlet is great with great bargains in particular weekends. But what I really want to say is thank you to our driver. We went on the 16th which was the first day NY had snow this year. When we headed back to ny on the 3pm bus, we were stuck in traffic for 6hrs for a trip which was supposed to be an hour!!! The driver was so polite and patient throughout the whole trip. What’s more is when we got off the coach, my husband left his wallet on his seat. We headed back to the coach quickly once we found out. The driver has already drove off but once he saw us, he quickly pulled the coach over!! It would have been a mess to us if we couldn’t get it back that night as we were leaving the next day. A big thank you to our driver!!

Worth a visit, be prepared to spend a lot of money. Recommend booking coach trip, around 28 dollars each.
