Buy tickets from the Grayline Visitors centre or redeem previously purchased vouchers, before the short walk upto the Port Authoirty bus station. A bit of chaos trying to get in the right line, but once staff got a grip, it was a simple experience. The journey is about an hour in length in a comfortable coach, so no complaints. The return trip was very simple with a clear pick up point and regular shuttles back to the city.... the coaches were full, so worth getting in line early to avoid an even longer wait.

My wife and I traveled to Woodbury Common with an empty suitcase and left with a full one. There were lots of bargains to be had. we purchased shoes, baby clothing, handbags and lots of other items at a substantially reduced price. The coupon book was also good, it gave us further discounts on already discounted items, although not every store was in the coupon book. Al in all a very pleasant and worthwhile day.
