Great location for me as it's just a street across InterContinental New York, where I stayed. Great timing, it was punctual. Drop off and pick up at same place. Comfortable!

Loved the mall. The busride was fine. On the way back though, the bus driver was a first class jerk. So be aware, that could happen to you! He was very impolite and even screamed at me. Otherwise, the trip was smooth and it was the best mall my daughter and I ever went to. Enjoyed every minute of it and soent way too much money. Had lunch at Applebees which we both really enjoyed.

Solid trip. My 3rd time using the service. Highly recommended. U were given 2 hotels for yr pick up and u choose the one wich is nearest to yr hotel. Got there at 10am. Freaking snowing. Got some hot chow and the shoppin madness started.
Everyting ends at 6pm. Last pick up from Woodbury. Got bk at Manhattan around 8.30pm. Can bring suitcase for all yr goods.
