At the return the guy who was cutting the tickets at 6:20 pm told me that the bus was about to leave and he didnt allowed me to go back and cancel a purchase I did in a store. We made a line for 10 minutes and after that the bus where we supposed to return to NYC was full and we had to wait 10 minutes to hop on into another bus where we wait another 13 minutes. In total, I was wating more tnan 20 minutes with my wife without returning to NCY nor be allowed to return my purchase! If you claim for punctuality be on time also!!!

The main pick up point was at side of NYC Row hotel, there are two further pick up points at two different hotels but you have to organise that yourself. Paper voucher exchanged for tickets, half of which is for your return trip, half to be presented at customer services at Outlets for your discount voucher book. We had booked to return at 6:30 last trip back and we still did not manage to see all the shops. It was an hours journey to reach outlets, Tip: go have breakfast at food hall then go back to customer services to receive voucher book, no queue. There are several times to return 1:30 and 4:30, if you ask for change of time bus driver can organise. Well worth the trip. There are also trolleys you can hire for 10 dollars and lockers to hire for your bags.
