Pick up was a little disconcerting because no clear marker, whereas other companies did have clear markers. Bus ride took over an hour there and back, it's quite a way out of the city. We left the city at 8.30am and left Woodbury Common at 4pm, that time suited us well, despite the place being so vast. Lots of designer labels on offer at discounted prices but still quite expensive and not everything is discounted. Got a voucher book with the tour which was handy. You'll need a lot of money for this tour.
