Not as easy as we initially expected. The best pickup point they offered us was about 4 streets down our hotel. And the return was even worse: we were left 11 streets far from our hotel which is not straightforward, considering we often return with bags and such. I'm not thinking of using this service to the Woodbury next time.

There was more hype than I could hope for for this place. I thought we'd be getting good discounts on designer labels but we were disappointed. There is a good range of shops but same discount was available on 5th Avenue, so not worth the trip.

Transport was on time and the trip out to the outlets was comfortable.Plenty of time to go around the stores and good discounts.Good food court and nice selection.
