The eight flags tour takes you on a historical journey through all of the locations that those flags have flown over the islands incredible history. The only location in America to have had this number of independent flags. You will travel through the historic downtown district and out to the original Fernandina. On our journey we will cover each of the flags, the period from which they flew and the historical significance behind all of those dates from a historical perspective.

The guide was fun and knew a lot about Amelia island! It's the perfect tour for a rainy day or for people with mobility issues. I personally would have liked to get out of the van more to explore.

Thank you for your comments as they are really appreciated. Our tours really are the perfect way to spend time exploring the island on a rainy day, as we are fully enclosed and with heat if necessary. It is also a perfect day to spend a hot sunny day as again, out of the direct rays and into air conditioning. It really it perfect almost anytime, as if your intention is to get the best historical information available on the island, that was what made us the the 'Best of the Best' in 2023 as in the top one percent of 8 million voters across the globe! We also can accommodate custom walking driving tours, but those are only available in advance with direct booking on our helpline! Tour drive/guide was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the architecture. My husband and in-laws enjoyed learning more about the history of Fernandina.
