The eight flags tour takes you on a historical journey through all of the locations that those flags have flown over the islands incredible history. The only location in America to have had this number of independent flags. You will travel through the historic downtown district and out to the original Fernandina. On our journey we will cover each of the flags, the period from which they flew and the historical significance behind all of those dates from a historical perspective.

Got a little lost at first, but we got there early enough to figure it out. We were looking for an office, but it's just a bus stop sign near a parking lot. Our tour guide was great though! We went there because my grandmother was born on the island in 1942 and hasn't returned for over 70 years. The tour guide pointed out a lot about Florida's history that isn't taught in Florida schools which was interesting for me as well.

We were a party of 6 including a 4 year old and a 97 year old. This was an excellent and entertaining tour! Daniel was a very knowledgeable about the history and told many interesting stories. I did think that charging $21.00 for a 4 year old was excessive but they did provide a "goody bag" with toys and a coloring book.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the tour and it was incredible to have so many generations from the same family together on a tour. In regards to charging $21.00 for a 4 year old. Our prices reflect limited seating on a 12 seater van, that we cut off and eight and during these times currently, six is the maximum allocation of people on any one tour. If you book online there are regular prices, military / senior and children prices. We have taken note of your observations and reduced the children discount to $15.00 for under 16 years of age. This price also includes the "goody bag" you mentioned in your comments. Thank you again for your feedback which gives us invaluable insight into our customers needs. Always a pleasure to serve.

Daniel was my tour guide. He was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I was enthralled the entire tour. He was a wealth of information. I highly recommend this tour.
