The eight flags tour takes you on a historical journey through all of the locations that those flags have flown over the islands incredible history. The only location in America to have had this number of independent flags. You will travel through the historic downtown district and out to the original Fernandina. On our journey we will cover each of the flags, the period from which they flew and the historical significance behind all of those dates from a historical perspective.

My Husband and I did this tour and it was one of the best!!!! Daniel, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the island.

Fun way to spend the morning. Be sure to call and book ahead. I'm glad we didn't try to see they sights on our own, we would have missed out on so much of the history as related by the guide. He also took us to some out of the way places not listed in the local tour guides. We were there in the middle of the week and were lucky enough to have a "private tour", we were the only ones booked that morning. Dan was very friendly and we had a good time.
