We signed up for the roux class and had an amazing time with Chef Scott. Scott did a fantastic job making the experience educational, fun, and most importantly ensuring that the dishes we made were delicious. He was able to tailor his teaching to everyone's skill level, and the more intimate size of the class allowed us to really connect with Scott and the other group. We would highly recommend the class for anyone who enjoys food, cooking, or just wants to learn something to bring home from their trip.
