Booked through Trip Advisor with travel information submitted. Lady at customer service assured that all the info was there upon confirmation the day before pick up. I even asked if verification of flight was needed, which she said no. Next day at 7am, car did not show. Upon calling, found out that they had 7pm pick up scheduled. Had to cancel and get an Uber in order to just make my flight. No refund offered. Uses caution with this transport service.

We are sorry for the error made on your pickup time and the inconvenience it caused. We do not charge for a missed pickup so you should contact TripAdvisor for a full refund. They will contact us to confirm what happened. Once again, please accept our apologies.
