After waiting 20 mins after our pick up time, I called to ask where the car was, I was told 10 more mins, I said ok, I then got a notification saying ride had been cancelled, when I called them back they said I told them I didn’t want the ride and I had cancelled it, no way did I cancel a ride I had already paid for, left stranded and out of pocket.
