I would just like to report on our disgust with this company US2U which we pre booked an Everglades trip with using Viator as the agent .This trip was booked from the Uk and paid in English sterling two days before the excursion. On arrival at the booking office on the day of the excursion we found out the trip cost was $55 per person which was a good 33% LESS than we paid.As Viator policy was price match within 48 hours we put in our claim. My husband emailed Viator as they were the agent and gave them all the evidence they requested in order that a refund could be raised. There were 15 emails sent and received in total over this simple matter each from a different advisor. With the exception of the first email all were of a very rude and dismissive nature. The conclusion being that we were not entitled to a refund and that was that. We did not receive any apology even when we pointed out that the coach we went on had a bald tyre which had been identified by the driver a few minutes before we left. Also on our return it rained heavily and water was leaking into the bus. Major safety issues ignored.

This was not $99 per person worthy. We just got back from our boat ride and are being rushed to go through exhibits, no photo available and we won’t be able to see the show!!! We were told to be on the bus by 4:20 or we would be left. The staff at the location are not the nicest. Especially Suni on the gift store who scolded my husband and I for not being down at the exhibit. We had just returned from the boat ride and it was sweltering and we need a beverage. I really want some of my money refunded. I should only be charged for the boat ride. Plus we were called and informed they couldn’t pick us up from our location because the bus was full. #Dontwasteurmoney

The tour includes an airboat ride, wildlife presentation which runs continuously every 20 minutes and plenty of free time to explore the Everglades non your own.
