I wanted to take a little bit of NOLA back with me to Massachusetts. I couldn't think of a better thing to do than learning how to cook the classics. I took the Roux class with Chef Connor. He was so fantastic; he even taught me, a self-proclaimed foodie and home cook, some new tips and techniques. Beyond that, the food was amazing (Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee, Bananas’ Foster). Connor was personable and immediately made me and the other guests feel right at home. I can't wait to take another class.
