We had a 3-hour morning class with Chef Mark. Spent ~3 hrs and learned how to make gumbo, étouffée and fried bananas. While the actual culinary experience was definitely great, the most fun was in the actual process of learning and chatting with the Chef and fellow folks. Overall, the food turned out great (very tasty!), both of my kids were super-excited, and even my skeptical husband was pleased and admitted he had fun :)) Thank you, Mark, for a great experience and introduction to New Orleans cuisine!
