Great time for our 3 couples at the Mardi Gras School of Cooking! David, our chef, was not only very knowledgeable but also entertaining. The best shrimp étouffée ever and gumbo was great too. Learned new tricks with the bananas foster! Has access to all of the beer and wine we wanted! Three hours of great learning, friends, food, and entertainment. Will certainly go back! Can’t wait to try out the recipes. A great value!
