Everything about the entire cooking class was great!! We decided to do the class because I wanted to learn how to cook etoufee. I was pleasantly surprised how relatable Chris was. It was as if we were getting reacquainted with old friends, having a glass of wine, and cooling a meal together. He seems to be a great historian/story teller of the gumbo and etoufee dish. He really made it more of a cooking experience! The food was fresh and amazing!! Worth every penny. We'll definitely do it again when we return.
