Our cooking class with Preston was the highlight of our trip! We enhanced our knife skills, learned a few tricks(I’ve attended many cooking classes and a “boot camp” and NEVER was taught these tips). The etouffee was the best we’ve ever had and the gumbo rivaled my grandmothers. The bananas foster? OMGOODNESS. We cancelled our dinner at “you know where” afterwards. We will definitely return.
