Alex was our tour guide and he was excellent. Clear and super knowledgeable. He was very patient and answered all our questions, above and beyond his already extensive knowledge. Miss Dorris, our bus driver was excellent too. Smiley and a very smooth driver! We spend 2 hours pottering along the 2 hour route, viewing a great snapshot of Chicago. We learned so much and saw some amazing sights. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

We bought the Hop-On Hop-Off tour online so were ready first thing. It was great way to see the main attractions of Chicago without the hassle of driving ourselves. Our hotel was just down the block so we could easily walk to the first stop. It was a great bargain since it included entrance fees to most everything we wanted to see.

I purchased the Night Tour in ADVANCE! The tour was to begin at 7 PM. After taking a Lyft, train, and bus, I finally made it to the pickup location. When I arrived, I was told by the Big Bus Rep that they had no more seats up top. They had oversold tickets. I had planned my trip around this ride and became even ore frustrated. There's no real contact number to contact them regarding this issue. I
