Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone Rim and Loop Hike with Lunch

Overview
The Grand Canyon Rim Hike is one of the best hikes in Yellowstone National Park. This hiking tour is a loop. Your tour guide will watch for bears and answer your questions.
Not only do we hike along the Rim of the Canyon, but also through the forest to lakes, mud pots, and meadows.
Your guide knows the trail and trail junctions, where many hikers get confused. Your guide also knows the good spots to stop for photos, resting, and lunch with a view.

The hike exceeded our expectations because of Alex. She is very well informed re: the geology, history, animals of Yellowstone and shared stories and her personal experiences with us. The hike was well-paced and Alex managed the group of 14 who ranged from 10 to retirees with good humor and grace. Following her advice, we drove 2 hours to Slough Creek the next morning to arrive at 0530 to see wolves frolicking in the water and then to the Lamar Valley and saw a grizzly grazing among bison. Would go on any hike with her as the guide!

The views along the hike were breathtaking! Our guide was knowledgeable (but fun and not boring!) and did a fantastic job managing the pace and experience for the group.

Larissa, our guide, was so knowledgeable about the area, the history and the animals...we were impressed! We felt safe and went at a reasonable pace. She never made us feel rushed! It was such a wonderful experience! Our group was great! I would recommend this service to anyone visiting the area.
