Pause for reflection at the 9/11 Memorial Pools, and skip the long lines to the One World Observatory for panoramic views of New York. I will never book an event with this irresponsible agency. I bought tickets for Ground Zero 911 Memorial back in 4/1/24, because we were going to be in NY. Our tour was @ 1:45 pm, on 4/15/24. We were to meet our guide at 24 State St., in front of the Starbucks, (at least that’s what the instruction said). We got there 1 hour early, waited and waited, no one showed up??? I tried looking for a # to call but none listed on the web. Instead they wanted us to email them with some confusing introductions. I finally called my bank to place a claim for a refund of $198. For services not rendered!!!

We purchased our tickets online for the All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory and there were NO lines. We had a wonderful tour guide (Russell Roubin) and when it was time to go in - we were taken to the door, tickets scanned with immediate entry. The park is beautiful, leaving a calm serene feeling of peace. The museum is underground and the displays are sobering... twisted steel and the staircase stand out. Multiple walls of pictures dedicated to all the fallen souls with a short video summarizing their regular lives was especially touching. The museum and park that were built in the years since the tragedy of 9/11 is a stark reminder to all of us, and something everyone should visit at some point in their lives.
