SHOCKING !! Booked to have dinner here on Christmas Day and really looking forward to it but the food was stone cold therefore having to re cook mine again meaning i couldn't eat with the rest of my family :( When it eventually came out the burger wasn't cooked to how i asked and left most of it , it was tasteless and horrible ! No atmosphere and to top it of for 5 meals and 5 drinks the Bill came to $124 and they wanted a a 20% tip on top ... yeah , good luck with that one !! Will never return again !!

We always visit a hard rock when we go away and of course the one is NYC was no exception! Our server was very friendly and enthusiastic and it was the cheapest bottle of wine we had on our entire trip! The food is standard Hard Rock Cafe food but we always enjoy the atmosphere and seeing all the memorabilia. The server we had (Trey) really made our evening.
