Ordered two burgers. They arrived cold, so we sent them back. New burgers arrived, which were still cold. Waitress was lovely and very apologetic. Manager arrived and I explained that they should serve the food hot. She huffed and walked away. We paid the full bill, plus a good tip for the waitress,but would advise people not to bother eating there, unless they like their food tepid.

Having visited many hard rock cafes in many cities the NY hard rock was disappointing. The food was average and the service was intrusive, we were asked at least 10 times in the 90 minutes we were having dinner. Our main course was dropped in the table whilst we were eating our starters so had started to go cold by the time we were ready to eat them. Some of our parties plates were being cleared whilst others were still eating. We were asked whether we wanted to see the desert menu before we had finished our main course. The whole experience felt rushed and that they could wait for us to leave and fill the table again. A little sour taste then to be asked for a gratuity of between 18-25%!

We had lunch here during one of our dayis in Midtown NY. We visited Hard Rock Cafes in many places around the world but this one surprised us from the beginnibg to the end with ...the music. During our 2 hours visit, the put everything but rock music as everybody woild expect when coming to HRC. From pure DJ electrnic music to pop, everything was contrary to the profile of the place. Organization is then rather poor. You have to qeue for reservation, wait for 20-30 minutes (even though we clearly saw quite a lot of free tables), then thry call you and you have to qeue again. The food was ok though expensive for the quality.
