very typical of all Hard Rock Cafe service was very good portion sizes large my 12 year old granddaughter thought it was cool ate here twice

Went here while in NY for the week and we have eaten in Hard Rock Cafes all across Europe. So being our first USA one we were very exited. But it’s was quite disappointing. Although our server was super nice, he spent so much time with the table next to us, when we needed him he was busy talking and we couldn’t get his attention. He also disappeared a lot in the back somewhere (saw him chewing on return so I can only assume he was eating) . The food was ok. My Caesar Salad has fat too much chewy leaves, they actually looked like cabbage. A Caesar is supposed to be Cos lettuce ?! It was full of this cabbage like stuff and what looked like Kale. It wasn’t great. My partner got chicken tenders and they were so small. Prices are ridiculous for what we got. No service and waited ages for the bill. There are far better places to eat in NYC. Which is a shame because we are huge hard rock fans. As I said the server was nice but think he was just looking for people to talk to.

Had their legendary steak burger and the meat was so fresh and cooked to perfection. A great experience and a great atmosphere for sure.
