It has never happened to me, around the world, to be verbally attacked by a waitress! At the end of a bad service dinner we decided not to leave a tip. The waitress started screaming, we went to the manager but I don't know why: very, very rude. As for dinner. In order of disservice: 1. we drank the water straight from the bottles: they didn't bring us glasses. 2. there were 4 of us: my two children ordered a sandwich; my husband and I each a slice of meat. Only the two sandwiches and a single plate of meat arrived at the table: my husband and I were forced to share. 3. when I ordered the meat I clearly asked to eliminate the garlic and onions as I have stomach problems: the waitress told us they were only present on the butter that is served on the meat; she told us that she would delete it. When the meat arrived I started eating the accompanying vegetables and towards the end I saw that they were served on pieces of garlic! 4. to get the bill we asked 3 or 4 times.

Let the waitress know I was celiac, she was nice enough, I ordered a garden salad, it arrived with croutons, I told the waiter I couldn't eat that as I am allergic to gluten, he tutted at me waived his hand in the air and grabbed the bowl back and disappeared, it then came back and I said, that I hoped it wasn't the same bowl, he just glared at me and shouted no and turned away, incredibly rude when I am extremely ill if I have gluten. The food wasn't great, really disappointed.

Awful experience here. Staff were forever waiting our table despite being not very busy. Food was not very good. Chicken burger was bland with a stale bun. My kid had a flatbread pizza and the grease was dripping off the board it came on. Really wanted to like it here but it was just not good.. awful service,Plus super expensive. Go elsewhere
