Horrible food, music was so loud it was unbearable. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone it’s a tourist trap.

Myself and my partner visited here on the 20th of November. The service started good lots of attentiveness and our order was taken quickly, we ordered a starter and was asked if all was okay by a few staff members however the food for our mains when it arrived was absolutely awful we were so disappointed.My partner had dried out mac and cheese and garlic bread that had no garlic just dry stale bread slices, I ordered the Caesar salad my salad was dry and had hardly any cheese or dressing and my chicken was barely cooked I kept looking at it because it had that weird pink tinge to it and tried to pick my way through until I came to a very raw piece and that finished the experience off for me and I was done. The waitress came over to clear our plates and I had left the chicken on the side clearly and she looked at it and covered it with my partners plate and didn’t ask of everything was alright because she knew it clearly wasn’t. Not impressed paid a stupid amount of money over 100 dollars for such an awful meal. Avoid !

Been to many of the HRCs, so well used to its service offering. Not sure though what’s been happening since my last visit to this branch, in that the service has gone down, the food was assembly line unimaginative, yet the prices have noticeably taken a hike. As for the music selection on the night...it was non-stop bottom of the barrel heavy metal. At $73 (pre-tip) for classic wings, an average burger & 3 drinks, I won’t be rushing back here any time soon.
