On the night we had planned to eat at Hard Rock Cafe Times Sq. we were disappointed to find it closed due to a private event. However we were offered discounted vouchers should we wish to try another night. We booked online for a few nights later and pretty much went straight to our table on time even after the mandatory photo session that they try to then sell you. Anyway, service and food were good and as you would expect at Hard Rock they had decent drink / cocktail options. On presentation of the cheque we offered our vouchers and discount was applied. Job done. Only negative, music a tad too loud but just a tad.

Simply just don’t waste your time or money. The restaurant was cold Our food was cold. Had to send the fries back for hot ones. Our waitress was very rude to the family at the next table even rolling her eyeballs at them The food was basic and did not even fill me up Everything rushed just to get the bill paid and a big circle written on the tip section Would never go back there

Went on Friday night about 8pm, which was busy. Was seated straight away and waitress was really friendly. Food was good and the 2 of us shared a starter and had burger and pasta for main which was really nice but neither of us could finish only eat about half as portions are big. The price was good and enjoyed the meal.
