To make a booking through Viator is very easy. But when you arrive at Hard Rock with your ticket they look surprised. They need this ticket to be printed. They don't accept it over the phone. So I had to email it to the managers personal email. Later after the dinner the bill came. After short talk they said that its fine. I think Viator has to do something with it.

Warning for visitors unused to US tipping protocols. Staff here encourage you to tip in cash while simultaneously indicating the tip value ie 20% should be indicated on the chip and pin machine. This means a tip is paid in cash and also included on bill so paid twice.
