Visited here on a school trip -the staff were rude, the food was heated up in the microwave & when telling them dietary restrictions the staff member couldn’t care less - he told me to order a cesar salad without chicken or cheese to make it vegan. Disappointed and could not recommend.

We decided to treat ourselves to the buffet breakfast but disappointed... had very long wait to put in drinks orders, they didn’t come until more than half way through meal, not very organised and then looking for large tip!!

We’ve visited HRC in a few locations now and have found the experience brilliant each time. This is our second visit to this location, our last time being about 8 years ago and it’s not changed at all. It’s as energising as it was originally. We went at lunchtime this time but it was still plenty busy. We were seated quickly and served promptly too by a very pleasant and attractive young lady, who clearly enjoyed the job. The food was great, as always, along with the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough, brilliant.
