It always remains a great place to visit. Great beer, cocktails and meat, average NYC prices A must for those visiting Gotham City

Hard Rock Café very well located. When we go to this establishment (New York or Paris), we go there for the burgers, the cocktails and the noisy atmosphere. We had reserved our table and were very well received by a waitress. The cocktails were served with the meal as always in New York...it's less enjoyable but it's still good. That evening, the New York basketball team was playing a play-off match so the screens were broadcasting the match in a good atmosphere. The burgers were very good with generous portions of fries and much better than Mac Do burgers...how can you write that!! Thank you for the great service and friendliness. Fair value for money.

A disaster, deplorable service, burgers that are worse than Mac's at an exorbitant price and a waiter who refuses to give us back the change from our 100 bill, taking the difference as a tip (which corresponded to $25) 'at the same time ask ourselves how much we wanted to leave... nostalgic for the HRC years in London for us it will be our last experience we will no longer set foot in this chain which has become a real scam... really a shame
