6 days in New York, eating twice at the Hard Rock Café, very good burgers, good service, very nice restaurant in Times Squares, we really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Very bad service, waiters serve a thousand tables at the same time, pretend they don't see you calling, wave from afar and after several minutes go there as if it were a favor, the food arrived cold! We were 4 people, all the burgers and potatoes came cold!! We were already tired and fed up, so it wasn't even worth complaining about it at the time. Anyway, the quality is falling, the service is bad and in the end, what do you want? Tip! Charge a fee of at least 18% for a terrible service. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

Very good Hard Rock on Times Square. Make sure you reserve a table otherwise it will be difficult. The food was very tasty and warm. Service was nice and attentive.
